ftp

This is the file transfer method used to deliver your files to you via the internet.

There are two methods, both will require the user account and login details you have been provided with.

ftp client software

It is strongly recommended that you use an ftp client such as filezilla ( FileZilla which will acces the server and download multiple files easily. You will need to enter the login and password supplied into host/site details. The ftp server that should be used is:

ftp using web browser

Although not recommended, you can access your files using your web browser and the link below:
File access using web browser (not recommended)
In chrome right click over the image name and select the "Save link as..." option.
In Internet Explorer select the View->Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer menu item.
