Pre-Booking:
I need a fast turnaround, can you help? Proofs of your product photography are generally available within 24 hours. Delivery is via the Internet.
I'm not technically minded - can you help with the specification? We will be happy to offer general advice with no obligation.
Your pricing is already competitive but I have a larger project in mind? Volume discounts are applied where there is a sequence of similar product shots.
What is the best way of explaining the product layout I have in mind? Just send us a sketch, photo of a mock up, page from a catalogue or a link to a website.
Can you design  brochure or Website? We can provide a quote for complete "One Stop Shop" provision for design where there is a significant photographic content.
My products would look best modelled by a person is that possible?  We will establish what individual(s) are needed and make all the arrangements for you.
Assembly is required before photography can start - will you charge me? It is possible that additional charges will apply, please make sure we are aware in advance.
During photography:
The online proofs indicate changes are necessary - what happens now? Generally changes are free, particularly if the products are still setup in the studio.
Can you liaise with my graphic designer and website designer? We can speak direct to your contractors and provide an executive summary of progress.
After completion of product photography:
Can you provide prints of the final images? Yes, high quality prints can be produced up to 12"x18".
How will you return my items? Return shipping is charged at cost. You are, of course, welcome to make your own collection arrangements if you prefer..
What if my product(s) are lost or damaged? We will take good care of your products. However you must insure them and use adequate packaging when shipping.
